- AAAA record etc. Example of CNAME record look like this Record www Type CNAME Value example.com TTL 3600 where means www represents identifier of the record. CNAME is nothing but type. Example.com is the value of the record this means that www record will resolve/ update to the IP Address of the record in Time to Live (TTL) 3600 seconds means to take 1 hour time to update.

Outlook Configuration :
Now there are required step to add email account while using outlook software
- 1- Click on tools and go to Add Account or Add New Account
- 2- Select manually Configure server settings or additional server types and click on Next.
- 3- Select Internet Email and click on Next.
- 4- Enter your name and email address at user information. Select POP3 for the account type and enter pop.mail.com as incoming server and smtp.mail.com as outgoing server. Enter your mail.com email address and password as long in credentials. Click on More Settings.
- 5- Select the outgoing server tab. Check my outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication.
- 6- Select the advanced tab. Enter 995 next to incoming server and check this server requires an encrypted connection (SSL). Enter 587 next to outgoing server and select TLS as encrypted connection Type (a) If a copy of your email should stay in your mail.com mailbox, check leave a copy of messages on the server (b) . Click on OK(c). And on Next (d).
- 7- Click on Finish✓ Outlook 2007 retrieves the email from your mail.com mailbox.
